About the VIP Program
Rojak99 VIP Program – More Than Just Rewards, It's a Recognition
At rojak99, we believe every loyal member deserves more than just access to great games. The rojak99 VIP program is built with one core goal: to reward every player who makes rojak99 their betting platform of choice. Not with empty words, but with real rewards you can feel in every gaming session.
Unlike many other platforms that promise VIP programs but burden members with complex conditions and lengthy claim processes, rojak99 ensures all VIP rewards are distributed automatically. No forms to submit, no need to contact customer support to claim cashback – everything happens in the background, and funds land in your account right on time every week.
How Does the rojak99 VIP Points System Work?
Every time you make a deposit and place a wager at rojak99, the system automatically tallies your cumulative total. Once your deposit total reaches the threshold set for each VIP tier, your account is upgraded automatically with no action required on your part. You will receive an in-app notification and email congratulating you on reaching your new VIP tier.
What's more, your VIP tier remains intact as long as you stay active. rojak99 does not downgrade a member's VIP tier without notice – instead, we provide a fair review period and advance notice if any changes are needed to maintain your tier. This is our commitment to transparency and fairness for all members.
VIP Cashback – Effortless Money Back
One of the most popular features of the rojak99 VIP Program is the weekly cashback, credited automatically every Monday. This cashback is calculated based on your total net wagering amount from the previous week, across all game categories – sports, live casino, slots, and esports.
For Silver members, a 0.3% cashback rate may seem small at first glance, but imagine wagering RM10,000 a week – that's RM30 deposited into your account every Monday for doing nothing. For Diamond members at 1.5%, the same amount yields RM150 per week, or RM600 a month – funds you can use to keep playing or withdraw directly to your bank. For more information on the withdrawal process, visit our Withdrawal page.
Personal VIP Account Manager – Someone Who Knows You
For Platinum and Diamond members, one of the greatest values we offer is a personal VIP account manager. This isn't just a regular customer support agent reading from a script – a rojak99 VIP account manager is a dedicated individual assigned to your account who understands your gaming preferences, your betting history, and your needs as a player.
Your account manager is reachable directly via a personal phone number or WhatsApp – no need to queue in a public live chat. They will help you resolve any account issues, keep you informed about the most relevant promotions for you, and ensure your gaming experience at rojak99 is always smooth and enjoyable. This is the service standard we are proud to offer our loyal members.
VIP Withdrawal Limits – Freedom to Manage Your Wins
One of the most common frustrations among online betting platform players is withdrawal limits that are far too low. At rojak99, we understand that serious players need the flexibility to manage their winnings on their own terms. That is why our VIP program is designed to provide progressively higher withdrawal limits as your membership tier increases.
Diamond members enjoy a daily withdrawal limit exceeding RM50,000 – more than sufficient for most players. For those with even greater needs, your VIP account manager can discuss custom arrangements tailored to your requirements. All VIP withdrawals are processed via integrated Malaysian payment methods – DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost are all fully supported. Visit the page Deposit page for more information on available payment methods.
